Making Hearts

When: Thu., Feb. 9, 6-8 p.m. 2023

Fiber artist Melinda Kollins will demonstrate how to make a framed or hanging felted heart using a needle felting technique. Discover how to work with natural fibers to make a realistic form. Learn to wrap a base, felt with a mold and freehand a basic shape. A fun and easy project that anyone can complete within the workshop. This class is for beginners, no experience is needed. The event is open to ages 12+. The workshop costs $35 and includes all materials and instruction to complete one hanging or wood framed heart.
