LSA Great Lakes Theme Semester: Dynamic Lakes and Lake Dynamics

Lake Effects, a 6-month-long focus on the impact of the Great Lakes will encourage campus and community-wide conversations about the history, cultures, and environments that have shaped the Great Lakes region as well as the pressing challenges and transformative possibilities in the years to come. Join us to kick off the theme semester at UMMA with "Dynamic Lakes and Lake Dynamics," the first in a series of panel discussions surveying key issues that confront the Great Lakes and the people who depend on them. Brief presentations, a panel discussion, audience questions, and light refreshments.
