Lime Rickey International and Cyrus Pireh

CYRUS PIREH (b. 1981) in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, is an anarchist, musician, composer, and music theorist. Cyrus holds an MM and BA in Music Composition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where Cyrus' research focused on electroacoustic music, computer assisted composition, and historical forms. As a guitarist, Cyrus seeks the limits of the body and the self. Leyya Mona Tawil (Lime Rickey International) is an artist, curator, and cultural activist. She works in sound art, dance, and hybrid transmissions. Tawil is a Syrian, Palestinian, American engaged in the world as such. She is the director of Arab.AMP and TAC (Oakland,CA).
