Did you know Cole’s career began when she met MC Hammer at the age of 12? At 18 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue music, but didn’t release her first record for another six years. The Way It Is birthed five singles and the records peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart. A decade later, Cole is still making music, performing around the country, and appearing in reality shows. She’ll perform at Chene Park as part of Hot 107.5’s Summer Jamz 18 concert. Jeremih, Teyana Taylor, K Camp, DeJ Loaf, and more are set to perform as well.
