Monty Python co-founder John Cleese is known for his signature ’stache and serial monogamy — other than, you know, the comedy stuff. He’s starred in an endless list of iconic films, from the Meaning of Life, to James Bond, to Harry Potter. His stop in Detroit will include a chat with the audience and a screening of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Fun fact: Cleese’s surname was originally “Cheese,” but his father changed it while enlisting in the army. Guess John didn’t get his sense of humor from Daddy.
