2100 Catering presents Infusion 1.0 - a communal dining experience centered around culinary cannabis prepared by Detroit based chef Rodney Lubinski. Each of the 5 seasonally inspired courses are carefully prepared with a natural cannabis infusion designed to elevate and complement every component of the meal. The pop-up will take place at the enchanting Psychedelic Healing Shack in the heart of Detroit. The venue itself will enchant diners by surrounding them with artistic murals, ambient lights, and beautiful music. After dinner guests can relax outside and enjoy a private bar and sip drinks in a custom made tree house.
