Ike Blessitt Hamtramck Baseball Classic

Former Detroit Tiger and Hamtramck native Ike Blessitt is celebrating his birthday, and you’re invited to his second annual Hamtramck Baseball Classic Sunday Oct. 2 at historic Hamtramck Stadium!

Special guests expected to attend include 1984 World Series champs Juan Berenguer and Barbaro Garbey, and Detroit Techno legend Kevin Saunderson, of the Belleville Three, is expected to play.

General admission tickets are on sale now.

Fans can also purchase tix at the door on the day of the event.

Proceeds benefit the Ike Blessitt Athletic Academy and the Hamtramck Parks Conservancy.
