Steven Adam Markowitz is 27 years old, tall and handsome, and performs as Hoodie Allan. This Long Island-born former Google employee has steadily risen over the last seven years from the underground hip-hop scene on the East Coast to the Billboard top 10 thanks to his pop hooks and quick wit. His second album Happy Camper, released at the end of January, hit No. 2 on the iTunes charts, despite the fact that it could be downloaded for free elsewhere. His live show is supposed to be both fun as hell and technologically sophisticated.
