Heritage Day Contest Pow-Wow

When: Sat., Sept. 17, 1-5 p.m. 2022

After a pandemic, lockdowns, and uncertainty, the North American Indian Association & Wayne County Parks are excited to bring back the Heritage Day Contest Pow-Wow! Come experience Native American culture firsthand and witness some of the best Native dancing & singing from the Great Lakes area. Shop the Native vendors displaying their handmade crafts, or enjoy some food straight off the Pow-Wow trail from Rose's Food Stand! Seating is limited, be sure to bring a lawn chair!
