HarvestFest at Palmer Park: Ponies, Hayrides, Pumpkins & Unicorns

Palmer Park HarvestFest is a free community celebration presented by People for Palmer Park to welcome Autumn, enjoy nature and harvest time with a variety of family-friendly activities: petting zoo, pony rides, hayrides through the woods, arts & crafts, pumpkin picking, games, and entertainment with music, African Dancing, Drumming and Stilt Walking performances, storytelling and magic shows. Free apples from the Palmer Park orchards, donuts from Dutch Girl Donuts and apple cider will be served, along with freshly roasted corn-on-the-cob. The fun takes place between the Palmer Park Community Garden and Community House, 990 Merrill Plaisance, Detroit 48203
