Free Film Screening: "Maliglutit (Searchers)"

Inspired by John Ford’s "The Searchers," "Maliglutit" is a story about a man who embarks on a perilous mission across the tundra in search of his kidnapped wife and daughter. In telling this western classic from an indigenous perspective, directors Zacharias Kunuk and Natar Ungalaaq, craft a stirring epic that explores community, revenge, and the meaning of justice.
