Free Carnival for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Sensory Sensitivities and their Caregivers in Metro Detroit Sponsored by The Ellen Labes z”l Festival Series

A carnival for individuals with developmental disabilities and sensory sensitivities will be hosted by nonprofit organization JARC on Sunday, June 9th. The second annual event is free for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or sensory sensitivities and their caregivers, and will include carnival rides and games, music, snacks and entertainment, alongside sensory-friendly, quiet spaces with activities to accommodate anyone with sensory needs. Vendors and partner agencies will have booths featuring products and services to assist families and caregivers in helping people with developmental disabilities and/or sensory sensitivities live their best lives.
