A political billboard show featuring art from Nicole Macdonald. Declared Dissent is an extension of the “Capitalis Interruptus” billboard campaign, hand-painted signs are intended to express politically relevant ideas made simple: demands on the government or dissenting views, brought to the visual realm as points of meditation and reflection.
