Get your exercise the fun way this week - the Cyr wheel! WHAT’S A CYR WHEEL? The Cyr wheel is an acrobatic apparatus/single large ring made of aluminum or steel where a performer stands inside, grasps its rim, causing it to roll and spin gyroscopically while performing acrobatic moves in and around the rotating wheel. And yes, it’s as fun as it looks.
