Corktown Sounds - the Detroit Strolling Music Festival is back on Wednesday 6-8pm in July & August. The Corktown Business Association invites the public to walk along Michigan Avenue in Detroit’s oldest neighborhood to listen to live musical performances in 12 designated locations. From rock to jazz to Motown and from Irish folk to Latin, residents and visitors can enjoy the different styles of music that represent the diversity within our community. A free, safe, walkable, outdoor strolling music festival that brings the business, arts, and neighborhood communities together.
