Black on Broadway at Beacon Park with Detroit Youth Choir

Come see the Detroit Youth choir in their first on-screen production of “Black on Broadway.” To celebrate their 25th Anniversary, the choir is hosting a theatrical concert paying homage to the Broadway shows that paved the way for people of color like: The Wiz, The Color Purple, Dream Girls, Hamilton and more! Enjoy a virtual screening of this unique production in the beautiful outdoor space at Beacon Park. Grab a bite and a beverage from a local food truck or from Lumen Detroit, the park restaurant.
