Black Art Library

When: Feb. 5-April 18 2021

The Black Art Library was founded by Asmaa Walton in February 2020, when she began collecting literary works about Black art and artists. The books that populate the library are sourced from a variety of online sales and donors, with special effort placed on supporting Black-owned bookstores. In early 2021, the Library will be featured at MOCAD in a pop-up exhibition entitled Black Art Library.
