Birch Run Premium Outlets Hosts Trick-or-Treat Event

Costumed children up to age 12 are welcome to visit the more than 100 participating retailers to fill their bags with tasty treats. Participating retailers will display signage on their front windows. Trick-or-treaters and their families can also vote for the best pumpkin along the way during the center’s retailer pumpkin decorating contest.
