Chamber Music at the Scarab Club will present its 24th season finale concert at Detroit’s historic Scarab Club on Sunday, May 14th at 7 pm. Celebrate Mother's Day with wonderful music! CMSC is thrilled to welcome back baritone John Daugherty, who will perform two hauntingly beautiful works with string quartet: Samuel Barber's Dover Beach and Respighi's Il Tramonto. The program also includes Life of Birds by the living American composer Mason BATES. Performers for this captivating concert also include violinists Eliot Heaton and Velda Kelly, flutist Hannah Hammel Maser, clarinetist Ralph Skiano, violist Scott Stefanko and cellist Una O'Riordan.
