Artist Lecture: Daniel Bozhkov

Join us on October 27, 2022, at 6pm for a free, public lecture from Visiting Artist, Daniel Bozkhov. Please enter the deSalle auditorium through the Cranbrook Art Museum entrance. The art museum galleries will be open late until 8pm. Bozhkov’s lecture, Cosmic Cucumber Carousel, is a proposal to grow cucumbers on Mars in the form of a whispering opera in five acts and several cucumber gardens. The libretto and the music will develop during the time of the project, following the growing season of the cucumbers, and all the problems and negotiations that will arise along the way.
