Since Detroit no longer has regular record swap meets, the Ann Arbor one is now where the true heads gather to furiously comb through boxes of old records. You never know when you’re going to find that one table manned by somebody who doesn’t price off of popsike and discogs. And just like the farmers market, the two best times to show up at a record show are right when it opens and in the final few hours. You’re liable to get the best stuff early, and the best deals later.
