American Coney Island Coney Dog Eating Challenge

Coney lovers take notice! American Coney Island will be hosting their 4th annual Coney Dog eating contest this Thursday. Whoever can eat the most Coneys (with all the fixings) in 10 minuets will be crowned top dog of Detroit. There will be local “celebrity judges,” an appearance from Guinness Record holder, Takeru Kobayashi, and all proceeds going to benefit the Keros Family Fund benefitting the Detroit Police and Fire charities– what’s not to love? Come out to compete or watch between 5 and 7. There is a $10 registration fee prior to event, $15 at event and suggested $5 donation for the general public.
