48 Hour Film Project Detroit KICKOFF

When: Fri., Aug. 2, 6-7 p.m. 2024

Filmmakers will sign up prior to the kickoff. Filmmakers receive a Genre,Character, Line of Dialogue and a prop. In 48 Hours they must write, shoot and edit a short film based on the elements provided. Films are due on that Sunday August 4, 2024 at 7:30PM. On time films will be eligible for awards like Best Directing, Best Acting, Best Editing and more. There is also an Audience Award. All films will be screened on August 18, 2024 at the Redford Theater.
