313 in the D, Matrix Human Services' party with a purpose, returns on Thursday, July 13 from 5:30-9:00 PM, celebrating ten years of raising funds for the Matrix Center, a community hub that aids citizens from birth to senior age in Detroit's Osborn neighborhood. Those in attendance will experience a stellar night under the sparkling lights of Motown at 3Fifty Terrace, 350 Madison Street in downtown Detroit.
