2023 Annual Swanson Lecture: Mel Dodd

Join us on Monday, April 10 for the 2023 Annual Swanson Lecture. This year’s lecture will be presented by Mel Dodd. The lecture will be held in deSalle Auditorium at Cranbrook Art Museum and is free and open to the public. Drawing on practice, research, and teaching, and expanding on her recent publication ‘Spatial Practices: Modes of Actions and Engagement with the City’ (Routledge 2019), Mel will explore the relationship between social and spatial infrastructures – tracing projects and approaches that range from performance to policy-making, from architecture to urban design.
