10 Alarm Chili Challenge
Charlie LeDuff will host this second annual fundraiser that benefits the Detroit Firemen’s Benevolent Fund and the Detroit Police Benefit and Protective Association. The chili cook-off will have teams from the city’s fire and police departments competing for their recipes to be deemed the best. Votes will be collected at 4 p.m. and the winner will be announced at 5:15 p.m. Local performers Kaleido, Pearl Handled Necktie, and Zander Michigan will provide live entertainment.
