The Boy leaned his head on the window and tried to glimpse the moon, which hung low and pale yellow against the night sky. He closed his eyes and saw its lunar body floating through his mind. The sound of the car radio woke him from this dream. The Driver was spinning from station to station in search of a song. He finally stopped and smiled, John Coltrane's "In a Sentimental Mood" played lazily over the speakers.

"I love this song, don't you?" he asked dreamily.

"The light's green," The Boy replied closing his eyes.
