Downtown Milford

The small town of Milford transforms its downtown area into a winter wonderland during the holiday season. Each Thursday in December, Milford hosts a dinner on us which randomly pays for the meals of dining customers as a reward for shopping local.

One of the best and brightest indoor holiday displays in Metro Detroit, travel through Santas workshop and candy cane lane. Open now until December 24., Wednesday - Friday 4 p.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday 2 p.m. - 8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. Admission is $1 and photos with Santa range from $3-$5.

Meadow Brook Holiday Walk

The Great Estate of Meadow Brook shines a little bit brighter this season. The holiday walk offers guided tours through each hall and room. See the mansion decorated with over 50 trees, lights, and other festive decor.

My Light Show

This home-made light display synchs to music on 100.7 FM. Watch the show from your car. While you're there, you can also donate money to the Michigan Humane Society.

Nite Lites

Millions of lights flicker from Michigans International Speedway during the holiday season. Traditionally this event was a drive-through light show, but who needs a car? Nite Lites now offers a 5k run/walk through the 3.1 mile trail of lights.

Our Dancing Lights

This choreographed light show out of a home in Auburn Hills synchs to 91.3 FM and the lights dance along with the music. The event also collects donations for The Rainbow Collection. Our Dancing Lights is open until New Years Day on Sunday - Thursday from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. and on Friday - Saturday 5 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Wayne County Lightfest

Drive through Hines Park this holiday season and see the park transformed into a bright winter wonderland with nearly 50 giant animated holiday displays. The park is open all evenings in December until New Years for a small cash-only fee of $5 per car.

Holiday Nights at Greenfield Village

Christmas at Crossroads Holiday Magic
6140 Bray Road, Flint, MI 48505
With the massive display of 600,000 lights on a running train, Christmas at Crossroads is the real life Polar Express. The train departs at 5 p.m., 5:50 p.m., 6:40 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. and runs every weekend until Dec. 30.
