Where to catch dazzling fireworks in metro Detroit this summer

It’s summer in the United States, which means it’s time to blow stuff up. For Detroiters, the annual Ford Fireworks is one of the best light shows around, but there are plenty of other opportunities to enjoy some good old-fashioned pyrotechnics. Here are a few. Walled Lake: Summer Festival

Guests are invited to watch them from the newly renovated Hart Plaza or Belle Isle, but a limited number of tickets are also available for a rooftop watching party at $350 per guest ($125 for children under 6); proceeds support the Michigan Thanksgiving Parade Foundation.
