When most people think fashionable places, they think France, Italy, or New York.

But what about Michigan?

Detroit might be known for pink gator shoes and Cartier "Buffs" but the real ones know Detroit fashion extends far beyond that.

Over 30 fashion designers turned Eastern Market into their personal runway for this year's Michigan Fashion Week Showcase, hosted by VH1's Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta star, Karlie Redd.
