A literal boat house is for sale in Northern Michigan for $750K

Typically when you think of a boat house you think of a garage on the water for storing a boat.

Well, this 1,701 square foot lake house in Au Gres, Mich., redefines everything you think you knew about boat houses.

This boat shaped home sits right where Lake Huron meets Saginaw Bay and was constructed in 1936 after a man took his love for sailing to shore.

The five bedroom, four bathroom "ship" comes complete with its own ship's wheel right in the helm—er, living room.
