Update: Pitchfork Radio reveals first week of programming, and it looks excellent

Starting this Monday, October 5, at noon, you will be able to hear a stream of great Detroit-based musical content courtesy of the taste makers at Pitchfork Media. This is a seriously smart and fun lineup. There could perhaps be a few more women, sure, and maybe a couple more people of color? But heck you've got Duane, Adult., Windy & Carl, Shigeto, Tia Fletcher, and others, not to mention Nat Morris from the Scene?

Nat Morris from the Scene! Alright. We're done with complaining about this bit of free entertainment. Next thing you know, they'll get Mojo himself. No word yet on which if any shows will be archived — so check it out from your computer at work or your mobile phone or however you access the information superhighway.

There's also no word on whether or not DJs, artists, and guests will have their radio appearances rated on a scale of one to 10.
