Watch: German filmmaker makes Detroit look like an adorable little toy model

No, the above isn't a photo of Dan Gilbert's miniature model of Detroit. It's a still from German filmmaker Joerg Daiber's "Little Big World" series, which uses tilt-shift photography and time-lapse effects to make its subjects appear smaller than they actually are. Much smaller. In fact, we think it makes Detroit look like an adorable little model from a Wes Anderson movie.
