Record Store Day 2015 has announced its list of exclusives for this year, and because Detroit is such a music town there's a few Motor City-related releases on there:
• J Dilla's out-of-print "Fuck the Police," previously released as a 12-inch, gets the RSD treatment as a 9-inch police badge-shaped picture disc. Dilla's previously unreleased "Love" also gets released as a 7-inch.
• A 7-inch single celebrating the 50th anniversary of Marvin Gaye’s “How Sweet It (To Be Loved By You)." A duet with Mary Wells, “Once Upon A Time,” is the B-side.
• The Stooges' Have Some Fun: Live at Ungano's, a 1970 performance on black and white spattered vinyl.
• Speaking of which, Stooges collaborator Mike Watt and his band the Secondmen will be featured on a clear split 7-inch.
