MT visits the Sacred Sage

In our endless quest to cover every single locally-owned retail establishment in the metro area, MT hit up the Sacred Sage in Farmington this week. The shop focuses on all things holistic and metaphysical, which really gets us excited.

We browsed through their selection of healing crystals, gems, and stones and found a couple good ones. Owner Diane Rothman advised us to pick the one we found prettiest and then read the stone's description after. We picked a pretty yellow opal and upon further inspection found that this stone helps with emotional balance. Not quite sure what this stone is trying to tell us, but we purchased it along with a cage and a string. 

We also picked up a slew of beaded bracelets that are said the center the mind and body. We've been feeling groovy ever since.
