“I’m the guitarist and songwriter for HazardHead (Detroit’s Undisputed Sleaziest Band), and I play bass for Black Feather (three-piece rock-soul-blues), Breezeway (two-piece acoustic cover band), Vibes (three-piece punk-rock ’n’ roll-experimental), and in a currently unnamed band with Detroit legend Charlie Block of Mariner. I used to play bass in Kro-Magnon (meal band), and Twiggy & the Riots. I try to keep my guitar-playing signature to HazardHead by not playing guitar in other bands but by playing bass, which I have a great time doing. I balance all these simply because this is my job.

“I do not have your standard 9-to-5 job; this is how I make my living. Therefore, it is always for a number of reasons my first priority.”
