Smalls in Hamtramck will host a benefit for Hooligans for Heroes on November 2 to raise money for the Wounded Warriors project.
Hooligans for Heroes is a non-profit organization started by Gene and Ken Butcher and Drew Gentry, supporters of the Detroit City Football (or soccer) Club.
According to a statement, “They turned a passion for the game and supporter culture into this amazing non-profit organization that supports the Wounded Warriors project and veterans across the United States of America.”
The bill on the night includes the Mike Hopper Trio, Desolation Angels, the Ryan Dillaha Band, and 1592.
Doors are at 8:00 p.m., the show is 18+ and the cost is $10 a ticket with all proceeds going to the Hooligans for Heroes organization. All donations will be accepted.
