Monster's Ball, Friday, Oct. 26, the Fillmore.

Not to be confused with the 2001 Billy Bob Thornton and Halle Berry film (because that would be weird), Monster's Ball at the Fillmore is back with round-the-clock entertainment as the sexiest Halloween bash in town. This year, stilt walkers, aerialists, acrobats, illusionists, and fire and freak show performers will dazzle and disturb, while fortune tellers will give you the scoop on your future. DJs Cue, Nass, and SKYrise will churn out tunes until 2 a.m. Also, DUIs are scary and stupid. Thankfully, Lyft is offering an exclusive 25 percent off rides to and from the event with the code "DETROITSOCIAL."

Monster's Ball will take place at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26 at The Fillmore; 2115 Woodward Ave., Detroit; 313-961-5451; thefillmoredetroit.com; Tickets are $25 general admission or $60 for VIP. Tickets are not available at the door.
