Why walk Belle Isle, when you can bike it? Furthermore, why just bike when you can also learn about your finances while doing so? AARP and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources have gotten together to provide this very service. The event will begin with a presentation by AARP staff about a variety of important topics, before moving into a BikeFit 101 course that will enlighten participants on bike safety tips while taking them on a guided ride through the beautiful Belle Isle. For 15 years, Back Alley Bikes has been providing bike related services to enthusiasts both young and old. Back Alley Bikes offers a litany of weekly workshops such as Sunday's Bike Church and Saturday's Youth Earn-A-Bike Open Shop.
