Saturday Shop Obsession: The Detroit Mercantile Co.

As Detroit continues to experience a renaissance, shoppers are continually treated to admirable new retail establishments. The Detroit Mercantile Co. is one of those shops, a beacon in Detroit's retail scene. Located in Eastern Market, just a block or two from the sheds, the shop carries any number of curiosities including taxidermied animals, sharp leather boots, books on the history of Detroit, McClary Bros. Drinking Vinegars, Sharklion glasses, and plenty more.
