Comedian Kevin Hart doesn’t pull punches — not even when it comes to airing out his own real-life dirty laundry, as he did in rapper J. Cole’s salacious video for “Kevin’s Heart.”
Hart, who first hit the scene nearly 16 years ago under the name Lil Kev, refers to himself as a “grown-ass little man” as he measures in at just 5’4’’. Since then, Hart has become larger than life over the past few years thanks to roles in Ride Along 1 and 2 opposite Ice Cube, the Will Ferrell comedy Get Hard, and most recently in the Blockbuster reboot Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Don't expect to capture the laughs at Hart's Little Caesars Arena performance this Friday. According to a statement released by 313Presents earlier this week, if you're caught texting, filming, looking for a Tindr match, etc. during the performance, you will be removed without refund. Cell phone use is permitted within the arena concourse only.
Kevin Hart will perform at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 5 at Little Caesars Arena; 2645 Woodward Ave., Detroit; 313-471-7000; 313presents.com; Tickets start at $75; no cell phones allowed.
