Eastern Market is undeniably a gem in the city of Detroit. Every Saturday the place comes alive with fruit and vegetable vendors, florists, candle-makers, pickle companies, folks who make cheese, and a whole host of other vendors.
Of course, there are many reasons to visit the other six days a week, too. For instance, every Sunday there is a special art show. Live Art Detroit is coming to Shed 3 this Sunday, creating an interactive experience that’s “radically different” than anything that’s taken place there before. During this event, artists will interact with the audience through demonstrations, workshops, and competitions. Guests can make and take art, help with group projects, or simply sit back and take it all in.
