This week's Horoscopes are coming out under the light of a Void-of-Course Moon, that will keep us on hold until the wee hours of the morning, on Tuesday. Sitting in the last Decan of the sign Cancer, running on the heels of hard hitting aspects to both Uranus and Pluto, if we're feeling a little shaky, it's because it feels like everything is broken, and nothing is certain. This is showing up as a theme all over the place, in every aspect of our lives.

If I didn't know better, I'd try to explain all of this, but I am an old woman, and I am wise enough to see that you'd have to be the Oracle at Delphi to know what to make of it. With Mercury retrograde, making empirical statements about anything would amount to me, wasting your time. I am as good as the next person when it comes to "Pouring from the empty, into the Void" - but it's not my cup of tea - so, instead of doing that, let me leave you with a few predictive tidbits that are bound to be part of the script for the next week or so:

MOON CONJUNCT SIVA: At the days' outset: if we woke up feeling a little shaky, any sense of safety and security could be in short supply. Those of us who rely upon certainty, and who use the standard prescription to create it, will be up shit's creek. Knowing that we can handle ourselves no matter what is going on, is where it's at under this influence. Emotionally charged issues that relate to the Father, and/or the death of the literal or metaphoric mother, are always thumping underneath a Moon/Siva conjunction. This is where we begin to realize that we came here to parent ourselves.

MOON SQUARE URANUS: We have to cultivate new, more creative, and more relevant ways to respond to our experiences, and to other people. Women and children tend to behave in unpredictable ways when the Moon squares Uranus. Freedom and security needs are always competing with each other when these two bodies butt heads.

VENUS OPPOSITION SIVA: This aspects brings things to a head in the area where we go to find love. It can bring a relationship all the way down just as quickly as it can watch it rise up from the ashes again. It can totally alter our perceptions of love in ways that change us forever. Venus and Siva affect the money sector as well. Depending on the aspects we can win big, or we can crash and burn when Siva and Venus lock horns. Siva doles out our Karma in gut wrenching ways. Integrity is the only defense against this deity. When we are out of integrity in any area of our lives this aspect brings us to our knees.

HYGEIA AND MARS - OPPOSITE NEPTUNE: Health issues that are difficult to detect and diagnose. Weird ailments that arise from suppressed rage, too much, or not enough exercise, too much testosterone, bacterial infections, insect infestations, bio-terrorism (As in; Chem Trails, HAARP, Morgellons Disease, designer illnesses) False positives.

URANUS OPPOSITE NIOBE: Children create bones of contention. Children are the source of all kinds of eccentric energy.

SUN SQUARE PLUTO: Being who we are in the face of enormous pressure to appease the forces that expect us to stay in line, becomes problematic for anyone who cares more about winning approval than they do about their own authenticity.

JUNO OPPOSITE VESTA: Work creates barriers between couples in relationships. Work gets used to bust the partner's balls, one way or another. Men and women have a hard time agreeing on anything, and it becomes very difficult for the genders to communicate.

We could spend a week looking at the aspects that are showing up today. What's written here is just a quick sample of what might be popping up for us during the next seven days. Long term aspects to the Tribal Axis remind me that all of us are going through the wringer. Everything we do counts. we're all in this together. Watch and see what unfolds in both our private realities, and in the external reality between October 9th and October 31st - and in the meantime, enjoy this week's 'scopes.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20): By the time you read this you'll feel a whole lot better about why things went the way they did. Sometimes we get caught in the crossfire of other people and their stuff. If we start blaming ourselves for what went wrong, we don't stop feeling responsible for everything until we get some distance on the people, places, and things that were screwed up. This is not to say that none of this is about you; it always takes at least two people to tango. But you had no clue, and you need to forgive yourself for being naive and for giving too many things the benefit of the doubt.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 20): Enough is on the line for you to be feeling a little tense. I get the feeling many of you are ready to snap. It comes down to knowing whether to quit or keep going. No one can tell you what to do, but most of the time it's best to go with what works. You could keep pushing if you wanted to, but this is no longer just about you. If in the short run it looks like you have to give something up, in the long run you will find that you were smart to get back to square one. As you watch what was stressing you out disappear for good, you will be glad that you made this choice.

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20): You have so much to be thankful for. In the midst of one change after another, take the time to look at what is going right. Things that have been so hard to define for the past couple of years are now looking more like what you were dreaming of. You aren't sure how it happened, but your goals are taking shape and your personal life is reflecting a sense of wholeness that feels pretty good to you. This is a plateau. Take the time to breathe. Depending on your biorhythms, the next few weeks will see you getting to a place where whatever's next looks even better than this.

CANCER (June 21 – July 20):The pressure to conform competes with the realization that this isn't you. Finding a way to be part of your life without sacrificing all of yourself in the act, is the trick of the Ages. There is no answer for what you're going through now. If you have someone who's there for you, who cares enough to help you get in touch with what will work, you are lucky. Those of you who are stuck in a situation where your life is too much at the mercy of what everyone else wants and expects will have to find a way to reckon with the part of your psyche that equates that with stability.

LEO (July 21 – August 20): Don't think it's your job to superintend this. You have to step back and give everything enough room to show you what it can do. The people in your life need to be left to their own devices as well. For one reason or another "space" has become an issue; someone needs a little more of it than usual. Don't be surprised if you get a chance to find out how much easier everything goes when everyone gets to be themselves. For the next few weeks you will be learning a lot about what happens when the people factor takes a back seat to the need to hook up with yourself.

VIRGO (August 21 – September 20):The way things are going, you'd do well to let everyone do what's expedient. There's no way you're going to get them to live up to your need for attention when life is making it very obvious that a number of things are more important than you. To go nuts trying to reel anyone in, or think that some trick up your sleeve will make them come around is not going to work. As far as you're concerned doing as little as possible to stir the pot will get you a lot further than any bold and dangerous moves. For now, do your best to play it cool and try not to make a fool of yourself.

LIBRA (September 21 – October 20):You can't be expected to carry on if every fiber of your being wants to be elsewhere. Something else is calling your name and the bigger part of you wants to rise up and meet it. There are other things floating around that have to do with how much you've invested in doing everything the way it's supposed to be done. The sense that you haven't quite figured it out, and the desire for more certainty will keep you guessing until you begin to realize that life is a lot safer and more certain when you trust it enough to know that doing it perfectly involves following your bliss.

SCORPIO (October 21 – November 20): You would feel better about everything if you could get others to listen. You see, and sense, and know everything that's going on, and yet no one pays attention to your well-meant advice. In this particular situation the question of what to do next doesn't need to be decided until the next full moon. Between now and then, instead of trying to push your agenda you would do better to hear what other people have in mind and weigh their choices and concerns with some of your issues. If you are willing to hear them out, they will be much more receptive to you and your plans.

SAGITTARIUS (November 21 – December 20): The way you keep getting hit with one thing after another would be hard to figure out if I didn't know you so well. Life would be so much easier if you didn't feel like you weren't the only one on the planet who could take care of it. Just as you were getting ready to break free, a series of interruptions and a lot of long-standing issues made you lose sight of the fact that you had other plans. I am in no position to tell you how to do things, but you've got to find a way to fit yourself into your life. Let yourself of the hook and let everyone else find the strength to fix themselves.

CAPRICORN (December 21 - January 20): You have gone out of your way, so far above and beyond the call of duty, it's hard to figure out why the need to keep proving yourself is so out of control. There's a lot riding on this to be sure. What would make it easier would be to start to realize that you can't lose — because even if you fall flat on your face, it only means that whatever you have set your sights on wasn't meant to be. In order for you to be able to function within the uncertainties that are so much a part of your life right now, you need to be able to surrender to the thought that you could live without this.

AQUARIUS (January 21 – February 20): Change is in the wind. You're not sure what it means, but you sense that something is about to inject a little novelty and excitement into your life. For the longest time there's been enough of the same old thing and a little too much certainty. For someone to whom regular walks on the wild side are actually therapeutic, you will incur no penalty by stepping out of the box every now and then. At this point, anything would do. And the picture that keeps coming to mind is one that includes you in a new setting, with a totally different outlook and a new lease on life.

PISCES (February 21 – March 20): You keep trying to skirt the issue; if it isn't that, you're avoiding whatever you can't confront. For someone whose warrior spirit is always there when you need it, at the moment you're having a tough time coming up with the strength to look yourself in the eye. At any other time you might be able to get away with this, but life seems to be requiring more from you these days. You need to question the gap that exists between who you think you are and who you turned out to be before you can get around the stuff that keeps you from being able to identify what you want.
