You can't fix things that fell apart a long time ago, overnight. As much as you see the error of your ways and would love to make amends, it takes two to tango. For now things will work out better if you hold this wish in your heart and give everyone involved as much time as they need to let go of the past. In the meantime, keep your focus on things that uplift your spirit and find ways to forgive yourself for whatever didn't go right. What we learn from our mistakes changes us. Rome wasn't built in a day. Keep the love alive; sooner or later it will rise up high enough to turn the tide.
