You know exactly what needs to happen, but you're not sure how to get it to work. It's always good to sweep the floor before you start anything new, so settle up with whoever or whatever you haven't dealt with, and lay a strong foundation. The better part of getting anything done lies in the doing of it. Too much talk and too many plans delay things that evolve out of what the work at hand involves.
