ARIES (March 21-April 20): You guys are the predictive astrologer’s nightmare right now. On every possible level, it’s all up in the air and open to question. With that in mind, the best advice anyone could give you would be to listen to your gut and be prepared for anything. Those of you who are overly attached to the way things have always been stand a good chance of getting wiped out by forces that have come along to pave the way for the next phase of your life to open up. In the course of moving forward, lots of stuff is bound to get sloughed off, or altered irrevocably by the winds of change.

TAURUS (April 21-May 20): You’re in too far over your head to be able to see this for what it is. The habitual way of coping isn’t going to cut it for you this time. At a loss for what is needed more than anything, you’re wondering how to connect with your higher power. It shouldn’t be that hard. After all, you’ve spent most of your life going out of bounds. On a million different levels, the tests that you face have come to act as a cure for what ails you. If you’re open to it, and if you’re smart enough to stop playing games, all the power you’ve kept hidden away could totally heal this situation.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You’ve finally seen the light. After a long stretch of pretending you had it all figured out, you’ve gotten out of the box far enough to have a more objective sense of where you stand with your situation. This in no way implies that you know what you want to do next — but at least you know what you don’t want. What you’re unwilling to live with has been your constant companion up until this point. Think about that. And think about how long it takes for any of us to release what no longer serves us. Be patient and let your current state of affairs unfold naturally.

CANCER (June 21-July 20): Giving all your power away won’t get you what you want. Trying to push your pictures of perfection into being isn’t going to work either. For someone who thinks they know everything, you have a lot to learn. By the time you read this, others will have time to think about what they really want from you. If they’re lucky, you might be around when they finally wake up to the idea that it’s their loss. In the meantime, consider focusing your attention elsewhere and remember that it never works to put too much emphasis on needing anyone to prop you up.

LEO (July 21-Aug. 20): You don’t need to know what’s going on to feel safe in a situation. Living with uncertainty is an art. If the changes of the past year or so have uprooted your sense of clarity, it’s to be expected. As you try to pull your life together, you’re beginning to see that you keep attracting the same sort of people and situations. Experience and repetition are there for us to learn from. Once you begin to examine the patterns that keep leading you into the same old thing, the issues that have kept your spirit at bay will be diffused by the realization that you’re finally ready to heal them.

VIRGO (Aug. 21-Sept. 20): You can keep this up for just so long; eventually you’re going to have to unwind or risk getting tied up in knots. Your habit of treating yourself like a machine is at issue right now. Until you learn how to move with the tides, it’ll just keep you going one step forward and two steps back. A mixture of influences that have been floating around for quite some time has you thinking that this is what your life is about. Until you get to the place where you remember to find yourself within the distractions that make it so hard to breathe, the stress factor will keep you wound up.

LIBRA (Sept. 21-Oct. 20): Themes of delay are all over the place. You’re going nuts waiting for something to move. In between moments of frustration, it would be good if you could get in touch with the idea that everything’s going to be all right and do whatever it takes to keep your spirits up. In a little over two weeks, you’ll begin to see what all of this was for and be able to laugh at the way it drove you crazy enough to question everything about yourself. Take a deep breath, get real about where you stand, and tune in to the thought that it’s time to get ready for your ship to come in.

SCORPIO (Oct. 21-Nov. 20): Too much is going on for any of you to be able to say you’ve got a handle on it. The pace has been nonstop and the need to be “on” all the time has you wondering who’s there when you close your eyes at night. Questions that relate to what you did to make things easier are making it hard to understand why everything is suddenly more difficult than usual. There’s no quick or simple answer to any of this. If your relationships are getting sticky, consider the virtues of letting people off the hook and chalk any disagreements up to the fact that you can’t always be in total accord.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 21-Dec. 20): Enough is enough. This could be good or bad, depending on where you stand with yourself. The idea that the God of Abundance has been shining down on you competes with the sense that you have more than you bargained for. Times like this teach us a lot about the reality of “having it all.” You’re probably noticing that none of it has the power to change the way you feel about the deeper stuff. The lesson of the week seems to have something to do with love, but it has more to do with what happens when we stop expecting others to do anything besides be who they are.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 21-Jan. 20): You can’t hold yourself responsible for everything. If it isn’t the kids, it’s your significant other or someone at work, and at this point, trying to do for them what they can’t seem to get on their own is totally counterproductive. On other fronts, there are distractions that require you to be there for all of it. Knowing where to direct your attention will feel a lot like sorting wildcats out by hand. These things can be fun, but your sense of humor isn’t what it used to be, and close others keep refusing to see the light. A little quantum Aikido may be what’s needed here.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21-Feb. 20): The way things are going, you could be anywhere with this. In a certain part of your soul, you’ve given up trying to get it right. Issues that revolve around getting more deeply involved need to be approached realistically. Pressure to go along with the way others see it is making you wish you weren’t so codependent. Ironically, the larger issue has to do with the idea that you’re addicted to codependence. When that’s the case, being able to see it will show you what it gets you and give you a chance to approach the way you conduct your affairs in a way that works for you too.

PISCES (Feb. 21-March 20): Don’t be too quick to believe whatever it is that people are trying to sell you. You, of all people, should be able to see right through their song and dance. As much as I admire your desire to give everyone all kinds of space, you’re getting sucked in. Taking my word for it would be easier if you weren’t so stubborn about the wrong things. This could be just you seeing what you want to see, making silk purses out of sow’s ears, and burying your head in the sand — all of which may be what it takes to teach you to check people’s credentials before you let them take over your life.
