There is no need to question the fact that you are ready to drop everything and move on to what's next. If you are still functioning under the illusion that you need to stick this out, guess again. We are taught that persistence pays off, but there are times when it drives us insane and gets us nowhere. If you could see around the corner, you would know that it's your turn to embark on a course of action that will define the rest of your life. Once you step out of the box, the guidance will come. The only question you need to ask is: "Who do I really want to be when I grow up?"
