Get inked at Motor City Tattoo Expo this weekend

The annual ode to ink returns to Detroit. This year's event, now in its 23rd year, is set to feature 170 booths and more than 300 artists, including big names like Mike DeVries, Bob Tyrrell, Liz Cook, Scot Sinskye, Myke Chambers, Big Ceeze, and many more. The expo will also host live entertainment, tattoo seminars, tattoo contests, vendors, and a cash bar.

The Motor City Tattoo Expo will take place at the Detroit Marriot at the Renaissance Center from noon-11 p.m. on Friday, March 2, noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sunday, March 4; 400 Renaissance Dr., Detroit; 313-568-8000; themotorcitytattooexpo.com; Tickets are $20 for a day pass, $35 for a two-day pass, and $45 for a weekend pass.
