If you're anxiously awaiting the Detroit City Football Club's upcoming season to begin, this may be of interest: Cinema Detroit, former home of the Burton Theatre, will screen the 1981 WWII-set soccer-centric film "Victory," starring Sylvester Stallone, Pelé and Michael Caine. On top of that, DCFC's owners will be on-site for what the indie theater calls a "no holds barred" question-and-answer session.
The event takes place tonight only at 7;30 p.m. and tickets are $5.
