Party Girl (Saturday, Oct. 15) stars Parker Posey up against the Dewey Decimal System. It’s a comedy about a high-fashion gal with a low tolerance for adult responsibility — until she gets a job at the local library.
Amazon Women on the Moon (Sunday, Oct. 16) is also known as Cheeseburger Film Sandwich, Kentucky Fried Sequel or The Best Movie Ever Made. This flick is a ’50s sci-fi spoof through the lens of the late ’80s.
Welcome to the Dollhouse (Sunday, Oct. 22) is your chance, thanks to director Todd Solondz, to relive a painful junior-high year with Dawn “Dog Face” Wiener.
A Foreign Affair (Saturday, Oct. 29) is a classic comedy, starring Marlene Deitrich, about a U.S. congressional committee that travels to Berlin to investigate immoral behavior by G.I.’s, and gets tangled in a love affair between a singer and an American officer.
Investigation into the Invisible World (Saturday, Nov. 5) is one of the weirdest documentaries out there. Jean-Michel Roux directs this bizarre film about clairvoyants and mediums living in Iceland.
Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (Sunday, Nov. 6) is the prequel to the cult TV series by David Lynch.
Ryan (Saturday, Nov. 19) is a visually captivating film by Chris Landreth about a Canadian animator of the late 1960s and ’70s with a drug addiction.
